Considerations
- 1Whistleblowing reporting can be done by anyone, both internal and external.
- 2The whistleblower should act in good faith with reasonable grounds to believe the disclosed information indicates a violation of the Code of Conduct & Business Ethics, company policies, or applicable laws.
- 3Whistleblowers are forbidden from discussing any matter of their complaint to avoid having their identity disclosed and/or affect the course of investigating the reported incident.
- 4In case of accidental disclosure of any relevant information, the whistleblower must immediately report that through the whistleblowing channels.
- 5Unsubstantiated whistleblowing is considered a serious offense, leading to potential disciplinary actions.
- 6Oil Park Development Company (OPDC) reserves the right to pursue legal action if a complaint is proven to be made with malice or lacks good faith.
Confidentiality & Protection of The Whistleblower
OPDC is fully committed to take all measures necessary to protect whistleblowers, against any retaliation from peers, managers and/ or other involved parties.
